Effective 8 August 2026 · Isloria Addu, Addu City, Maldives
The short version: this site has no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to type into the booking form — and we use it for exactly one thing: replying to you about your trip.
Isloria Addu is a locally run tour operator in Addu City, Maldives. For anything about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +960 737-3953 — it's the same number you'd book with.
If you send a request through the site, we receive what the form asks for: the experience you're interested in, your dates and party size, your name, and the WhatsApp number or email you give us. It's stored in our booking system (hosted on Supabase, with servers in Singapore) and used only to reply and arrange your trip. We don't send marketing emails and we never sell or share your details.
If you choose "Chat on WhatsApp" instead, the site simply opens WhatsApp with a message drafted for you — nothing is stored here; from that point the conversation is between you and us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms.
We count visits ourselves, first-party, to understand which parts of the site help people. Each event records the page or section viewed, the referring website's domain, your timezone, device type (phone, tablet or computer), and browser language. To tell visits apart, a random identifier is saved in your browser's local storage — it contains nothing about you and is never linked to a name or booking. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels from other companies, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Google Cloud) also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operations.
Some photos and video on the site currently load from the Unsplash and Pexels content networks. Your browser fetches those files directly, so those services see the request (including your IP address), as with any image on the web. Fonts are hosted by us — no font service is contacted.
If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and its effective date.
